Port City Rainbow Pride is dedicated to supporting and empowering people of all sexual orientations and gender identities in participating in and contributing to the Greater Saint John community, including celebrating diversity, educating the Community on such issues as discrimination, violence and harassment, and promoting awareness, inclusivity and equality for all.

By-Laws

A BY-LAW RELATING GENERALLY TO THE TRANSACTION

OF THE BUSINESS AND AFFAIRS OF

PORT CITY RAINBOW PRIDE INC.

BY-LAW NO.1

1. INTERPRETATION

In this by-law and all other by-laws of the company, unless the context otherwise specifies or requires:

"Act" means the Companies Act (New Brunswick) as amended from time to time and includes the regulations thereunder or any successor legislation;- in the event of successor legislation any reference in the by-laws to the Act or a provision thereof shall be read as referring to the successor legislation or the provision substituted therefor, as the case may be;
